Very Dirty And Bad Food Restaurant. Review on Shamshad Restaurant, Lalbagh, Lucknow

Hi Friends!Today I will write review about Shamshad Restaurant Lalbagh Lucknow.It is a Mughlai cuisine restaurant located in Lalbagh opposite Church in a Basement  Lucknow.It is timings is from 8AM to 11 PM.To know more about it kindly read my review below.

Food Presentation.Being a Mughlai cuisine restaurant they only serve non veg and eggs food items.You can get here non veg items like Paaye Ki Nahari, Moong gosht, Aloo Keema, Bhuna Keema, Aloo Anda, Sheermal, Kebab etc.Now talking about the quality of food so it is below average as the meat which they serve you is not taste fresh you can easily feel that it is not fresh just by eating a bite of .Talking about their Nahari so the gravy of Nahari is as much thin as it seems that someone added ingredients in just water not tasteful at all.Talking about their Kebabs so they are so much sour and you can not feel any taste of Kebab in Kebabs accept to sour taste it feels that they have added too much tamarind in Kebabs.Coming to their Presentation of food So it is very dirty as the Plates of food are oily and sticky, their water jugs are also very dirty as you can easily see dark black spots of dirt inside the jugs and their drinking water is also pale yellow moreover they serve you cool Kebabs, Nahari and ever cool Shermaal.So they have no sense of making delicious food and a good presentation of food.

Ambience- It is only average for boys group you can not go here with females and family as the shop is in basement therefore it feels very suffocated.Talking about the inner ambience of shop so it is painted in contrast of dark pink and light purple colour for sitting there are small size wooden tables and iron rod made chairs for sitting.The spots of spits of Pan Masala are appealing on walls almost every where .The floor is tile fitted the color of tile are light ash.The ambience is so slutty and awkward as their cooking utensils like cake pan, caldurn  are so dirty it appears that they have not been cleaned for a long time.

Customer Service-This is most headache full part of them as the service is so sloth they take to much time to take order and if by god grace you gave them order then you have to wait approximately 45 Mins to get a single dish of your order and that is too cold.Another bad point is the Child workers as the boys below 14 years are working in their shop.The entire working staff is dirty as they do not wear clean cloth and when they come closer to you for taking your order you can easily feel the stink of seat coming from them so they are too much dirty overall.And customer service is very pathetic.

Value For Money-The Price of Chhote Ka Korma is little bit high as they charge RS 180/= For full plate and the quantity of the item is very small as it does not appear full plate.All the food items are at affordable rates accept to above mentioned dish but  the taste of dish is not working as they are very low in taste therefore according to me it is not a value for money place.

My opinion about them is it is not a customer satisfactory place and you are not going to get tasty food here therefore it is waste to visit here.
