Its a true incident from shama travels Bangalore. I am working in bangalore from last six month.Some personal reason I want to go Kerala for one day.Its an urgent matter so I am contact with keralite friend who regularly travelling to kerala.
So I got bus information , there is only one volvo bus going to Pathanamthitta wjhere I want to go.So I have visited that operator office for ticket and tell them the urgency.So they are ready for a tcket but on Rs 250 extra coast.So I am aceepted and ask to them why you are required this 250 extra.They tols its diwali and its a special bus.So I paid Rs 1000 (750 regular charge+250 extra). Ticket date on 16/Oct/2009.Also I have booked return ticket on 17th morning from ernakulam for the same operator.Total expense (1000+850)
16th oct. Evening reached there office on 7:30pm.I got by boarding pass and I asked this guys how is this bus.They told its a new volvo single axle bus.Dont worry abt that.Bus reached on madiwala @8:30. I got a seat at window side.One they started this bus and bus body is vibrating and driver not getting the control.We asked to co-driver whats happening with this.He gave a funny answer.
Al;l volvo buses starting on this way. They loaded lot of legages in side this bus.and its started from there on 9:00 pm. Within 10 mints some sounds is coming from front side and driver stopm the bus and inform us this centre axle broke and you will get a new bus with 30 minits.So we are waiting for new bus.After one hour we got an old volvo.They are shifted this parcels to this one and start the journy again.Once its enter to Tamilnadu they are the bus and spend a lot of time on RTP check post for permit issues.After started from Hosur some sounds is started from the back wheels.One we reached one ghat (called Krishnagiri) bus backside is starting to hit on road and co driver told one back baloon (air bag using volvo suspension) broked so we are check this one on next stop.Bus reaached one hotel and they tried to repair that.
Our luck and driver skill within 5 minits nest baloon also blast.SO no way to travel one meter again.So they are accepted to sending one new bus and it will reach within teo hours.We are talked with tamilnady manager of this operator .He was not happy for this calls because the time is @ 12 am.So we are started the argus from both side.Almost 12 ladies also in the same bus.So we copmlint to the higway police but they are not ready to do anything because they are also getting from these guys.
All travellers are angry .Because from Shama nobody ready to attend calls.Finally bus reached there @ 6:30 am.Si I asked to the driver when its reaching pathanamthitta.He promised I will try to reach there om 8 pm. My case its not possible because I want to meet some one on 11 am.So I am cancell this plan and asking the money back.They are not ready to give that.So panic situation was found there.Final;ly they are ready to give money back for we two people from madiwala office.We took some other bud and came back madiwala office.
Agian the drama started.they are not ready for money.So we are started the violation over there.So all auto guys and public came there.So finally they gave the money back. This guys attitude is too bad.I checked with volvo expertes whats the actul issue for this situation. The answer from volvo is simple
There is two reason
1, over load on vehicle
2, Not doing any proper maintanace.
Foe shama case both are came on the same time.
