Booked ticket with these cheaters today. The pickup point was Bommanahalli at 12.15 PM. We have reached 11.30 AM itself. When called the bus guy, he told bus is delayed. He will come to bommanahalli and will call me. I did atleast 5-6 times follow up till 1.30 PM. But he never came. At 1.45 PM when I called, that ras-cal told that he came to Bommanahalli but my mobile was not reachable and hence he left. Mine is airtel and NO CHANCE for not reachable in Bommanahalli.
What happened was, already the bus was late and inside passengers started shouting, and these people went through Elevated highway and I do have toll - proof for this. My travel is regarding heart surgery with appointment booked. These ras-cals never respond to phone calls. I told him to wait in EC and I started moving towards EC. Still he said, "No, its late. We cannot wait. We will refund"! Then I have booked ticket in SRS at 4PM and travelling now. Though being a senior citiezen I was treated badly by these idiot travels. Strongly advice NEVER OPT them. NEVER.
