"Shall we tell the president” by Jaffery Archer

Friends last year I read the novel “Shall we tell the President” by Jaffery Archer. It was my first time to read novel of Jaffery Archer. I tried many times to read the International writer but could not able to handle it due to complex English language. I bought two books of international writers but not able read it yet. There are differences in language of Indian writers and international writers. But I had no problem during reading of this book in regard of language. Very simple and quickly understandable.
If I talk about the review of this book then I will say that this book is well written on fast-paced plot. Once you start this novel, you can’t put it before finishing it. Author’s best writing skill tied you from first page to last page. You can’t able to find out the weak points of the novel and will get lot of thrill on every page.
The story is starting from the same point, where the story of Jaffery Archer Novel “The Prodigal Daughter” ends. Mrs. Kane takes the oath as President of United States of America. On the other side a local police officer from Wanshigatan D.C. calls WFO office of FBI and get a conversation with chief officer. He told to Chief Office Tames that an Italian person want to talk with FBI Agents. He added in his conversation that Italian has been shot in leg. Chief Officer Tames sent two officers to Hospital for the statement of Italian. According to the statement, Italian saw 5 persons in a hotel room to plan a conspiracy to assassinate the President on 10th March. Both officers gave their report to Chief Officer Tames. Tames instructed one officer named Marks to arrange the security of Italian person. Tames also instructed the other one officer to find out the hotel and do the proper investigation of such type of meeting in which president assassination plan takes off. Tames departed from office to home with the second officer by car. But during the driving they got an accident and died. Marks reached to hospital but Italian was murder before reaching to hospital. Even Italian next to bed patient was also killed. Marks got information about the accident of Tames and his friend officer. Now only Marks knew information about the assassination of President. Marks meet FBI Director HALT and stated the entire situation and event sequence. HALT praised Marks for his work and advised to go on leave for 15 days and to investigate this whole matter unofficially. HALT gives instructions to Marks for the daily report of his progress on the case.
Now Marx begins the work on the case and he have only 6 days, 13 hours and 37 minutes, to expose people who planned for the assassination of the president.
The real thrill, the real mystery, the real suspense start, which ends on last page.
Jaffery Archer made Marks as main protagonist. Marks find out the truth from the bottom of mystery by his investigation. Secret services department of presidential bodyguard also got the information about the president assassination. But HALT instruct to do not change the schedule of president of 10th March. HALT’s Want to catch the culprits and Conspirators. HALT spread out the huge trap to catch the criminals. Criminals are seemingly not aware of all of this that the FBI knows about their plans.
Marks keeps continue his tires to find out the criminals by taking the high risk game in his hand.
The Story is very strong and beautifully narrated and composited. Jaffery Archer used his pan to put the plot and characters at their best strength. Jaffrey Archer used his magical writing skill to force the readers to be a page-turner. Archer creates good characteristic of President Kane and his husband. Between the novels we got the some part of Criminals’ conversation context which shows how they are working on their plans.
Friends, I will encourage you to read this novel which is filled with lot of suspense, thriller and mysteries.
