Hello friends, As you know that I'm from bathinda and I have a bike of TVS which is Apache 160 RTR. In bathinda, there is only one TVS showroom that is Shakti Autos ( TVS) near Tinkoni Goniana Road, Bathinda. I have a proof of my service book which was provided by Shakti Autos. As a proof I have attached the photo of that where you can see the stamp of Shakti Autos ( TVS) So you can trust on me.
Now I'm going to share my experience of Shakti Autos ( TVS) with you. There is all the employees are well experienced. I purchased this bike from Shakti Autos. I have a great experienced with them.
Good things as per my experience:
1) DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS: I really felt good when they was Dealing with me in a polite way at the time purchase. So it's a good thing of this showroom. As per my knowledge, You know that Some showroom's behaviour is not good.
2) REPAIR SERVICE CENTER: There all the service men are well experienced as I already described above. I tell them the problem of my bike , they gave me the exact solution of the problem. No Cheat No Fraud . I like it's service
3) NO HIDDEN CHARGES: When I visit there , they tell me the exact service charge before servicing of my bike.
4) TRY TO SAVE YOUR MONEY: Everytime when I visit this showroom's service center. Service men try to save my money through giving low cost solution. They saved my lot of money.
5) LOW COST PARTS OF BIKE: They have own their selling branded parts of TVS. So no need to go anywhere. They sell low cost parts as compare to other showrooms such as Bajan, Honda, KTM etc. You can negotiate with the seller as well. I negotiated with seller and I got my part of my bike at very low cost. So it's a positive thing of Shakti Autos ( TVS) .
6) ZERO COST EMI or LOW COST: They also provide zero cost EMI at some of its models.
Limitations of Shakti TVS: They take long time to service your bike because of crowd. Sunday is closed day.
