I have visited Jehunuma palace for several dozen times during 1997 to 2002. Its serene lawns (under the mango tree) was my favorite place. The lunch buffet was another class with an elevated center place. The ocassional food festivals were the best. There is a bar where I have not visted.
The Jehunuma Palace still inspires feeling of awe with its ALL white walls and slick contrast interiors.
The food, especially the fish fingers and chicken tikka were my favourites. The beer served was always genuine and fully chilled. The chicken nawabi, chicken tandoori and other tandoori items were all well cooked and seldom do I remember getting disappointed.
Yes, once the white curry stuff which was a disappointment.
There is a pastry shop which has some exquisite, mouth melting choclate delicacies. The chicken patties were also worth devouring.
The swimming pool is lovely too with nice spacious change rooms. The pool was quite clean and I was a frequent visitor there too.
