Though I occasionally watch Indian movies but I would like to write a few words about Shahrukh Khan. Before I write anything, I’d like to elaborate a few facts:
1. I remember a film award ceremony where he was the host and as per the protocol of that show he called an audience randomly. When the man introduced himself on stage, he told that he is classical dance teacher.Shahrukh smiled slightly and told that man to copy him for a strange act of dance, where Shahrukh was sprawled back upside down over floor on his hand(More or less it was an act of circus rather than a dance step).Obviously, it was not possible for a classical dancer and he did get off the stage.
2.Health minister appealed Shahrukh not to smoke in films just because it motivates youth to follow their role model and hero and obviously injurious for their health but Shahrukh gave statement that he should not intervene in his freedom.
Amitabh is number one and will remain so. No one can even think to touch the pinnacle he has seen. He lives in the hearts of million. But Shahrukh want to perform all the acts he has performed. He want to become DON and want to run KBC. Amitabh was labeled as “Shehansha” by general public and he is actually, but who labeled Shahrukh as “King-Khan”? General public? Me or you? None! Then who made him king khan? Media?(Every one knows about the truth behind filmy media).
When Aamir made a sensible and touchy film TZP dedicated to kids, Shahrukh declares he will make some film for Kids too.
In the recent film fare award ceremony he taunted that Salman is not present in this ceremony because he has gone to present an item number in a marriage ceremony.Doesn't he have performed it in past for few bucks of money?
Cricketers like Dhoni are enjoying the greatest stardom at present. They have actually done hard work and something for the country. But Shahrukh want to purchase them under a bidding and want to run their show through IPL.
So if we keep all facts together, don’t you feel that he wants no other name in front of him? Its only ME, MY and I? Don’t you feel it is an exaggerated sense of self-importance(e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior)
I feel it is a personality disorder called as “Narcissistic Personality Disorder(NPD)”.
