I watched this film because everyone was talking about it when it first came out, I have no idea what they were talking about when I saw it. Shakti was a movie that I did not enjoy. There were so many unrealistic things in it. Like when the people were getting shot, they DID NOT die until they were like shot a zillion times. I mean forgoodness sake. And the end of the movie, I mean you watch all three hours of that movie and then the father just hands over Raj. All of the climax and build up of frustration just led to nothing! The cast were okay. If Sharukh Khan wasnt in this movie then I think this movie would have gone under. I think people went to see it becasue Sharukh was in it. He didnt do justice though to the film.
I think they could've made it a lot more interesting by having a more tragic ending. All movies dont have to have happy endings.
Overall I think Shakti was a movie that could've been more successful with the suggestions above about the conclusion of the movie and the realistic nature of the film.
