So I sign up with this ridiculous matrimonial website. I add my picture and verify my phone number. They then take their sweet time approving certain details of my account such as my pictures and my profile information. I verify my Facebook and everything. I try logging into my account the following day and it won't let me access my account unless I provide THEM with a copy of my DRIVER'S LICENSE or PASSPORT.
Are you idiots that mentally unstable! Why the heck would you ask your clients to provide personal information. This is confidential stuff. The "SHAADI.COM REP" wouldn't let me get past this. He said that I needed to provide them with my Driver's License no matter what the circumstance. I refused. He deactivated my account, when I specifically told the fool to delete it.
This is a website that needs a new MANAGEMENT TEAM. I find them to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I don't recommend this website. From my past experiences on this website, I can honestly tell you it isn't all that successful. SHAADI.COM shame on you!
