High on Fraudulent Marketing/unethical business. Review on Shaadi

Press and the media please free contact after 11th of June for a complete story including their refund if they give as they promised below:

Numbers and emails given in the website does not work. None of the promises are given in the written(including watsup) format! None! They call and us from  their mobile numbers promise us moon and the earth and while we complain, they say there is no proof. Do not believe the calls they make which they know they record. Dont go by the words mentioned via mobile calls. Ask for written proof! for each and every promises they make! Dont go by the live chat as well as you wont have any proof.

There is no specific customer care email listed in the website only a online format. you cannot take that as a proof unless you take a screen shot and keep as your record.

You cannot call back any of the numbers they call us.

The email listed in the website does not work:

Numbers dont work:

"In addition to my innumerable calls and chat messages. I have explained in detail why I am eligible for a refund(according to your own rules and regulations). I expect 100% refund as I have been given ZERO profiles on their own( including ZERO VIP Profiles). I was promised plenty of VIP profiles. They do not even have ONE VIP profiles. I have already rejected mere two profiles from(Oridinary)shaadi.com. Therefore 100% rejection and I fall within your 15 day refund period. I have taken a screen shot of this complaint."

Moreover they claim that its 100%safe, verified etc. I have already seen fraudulent profiles with fraud intentions(on VIP SHAADI as well as Ordinary Shaadi, com). DO NOT aishwaryasingh23 YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO VIP SHAADI! IT COSTS 27500 RS. ITS NOT ONLY USELESS BUT ALSO HAS THE VERY SAME RISK FACTOR AS ORDINARY SHAADI.COM PROFILES.

I AM A VIP SHAADI MEMBER THEY HAVE NOOOOT CHECKED ANY DETAILS OF MINE! They call me by the nick name listed on my profile which is "AMU". There was no check from VIP shaadi or Shaadi.com whether that name is right!

I AM SURE THEY DONT CHECK ANYBODY'S DETAILS AS WELL. please do not waste your hard earned money instead give this money to charity!(atleast you will get some good karma). Mr Tamal from VIP shaadi using this 02266076540 called me and promised me a full refund. I told him that I no longer TRUST shaadi.com's verbal commitment. I asked for a written commitment over email - which I did not receive so far its 532 pm(the end of the day)!

I am unable to call back as that number does not accept incoming calls. So ladies and gentlemen just don think that you cannot trust the profiles in Shaadi, com please also dont trust shaadi organization as well!

Thanks to Mouthshut.com I got a written promise regarding their 100% refund. Please note that I am addressed as Ms Pal(not my real name - this shows they DO NOT CHECK EVEN THE NAME)!

Shaadi.com is escalating their already unprofessional behavior.

Shaadi.com has BLOCKED MY still valid diamond membership all of a sudden. I have already paid for it separately a few months ago.It was valid till yesterday morning! I was able to log in freely as I am a paid member there. SInce I have complained in mouthshut.com  they have happily blocked this membership as a retaliation. I hope they are decent enough to refund this money as well.
