99% fake profile to catch the customer.

I paid online then after one week I am not able to login.

They redirecting to this site https://shaadi.com/stop-page/overview?gtrk=1

I sent every document but I didn't get any help.

They have lots of fake profile.Around 90% fake profile. me and my friend login with same time we see so many same profile photo and even mobile number are same. But community are different. They send request from that profile and say if u want to continue then upgrade(be paid) member. After paid money that profile not reply. My friend save money becoz he not paid.

They created fake profile to catch the customer.
