I had a very bad experience with shaadi.com.I am looking alliance for my daughter where I want to maintain privacy and confidentiality since it is online portal.
But shaadi.com blocked my daughters id after I paid and became premium member and asked for verification id.It is forcing me to give verification id after payment and not allowing me to access profiles.
First of all no parent will give their daughters id proof online that too for matrimonial and match making websites.I have heard lot many bad stories about shaadi.com and online match making websites.I would like to share the personal details only to the prospective groom.
But shaadi.com is a rude website where they control a member.They ask for your home address,your verification id etc etc.
Please parents dont even register in shaadi.com,it is not user friendly website at all.
As parents it is our duty to maintain confidentiality about our daughters details,I would say please do not reveal any personal details to any matrimonial website.
