My credit card was over charged because of negligence of the executive of Seventymm
It has been almost 2 months and I haven't got my money back
They deliver CD/DVDs which are not in my rental queue!
Many times they don't deliver DVDs at all and say it was because of
a'technical fault' which is absolute nonsense if it is happening
everytime

The so-called customer service representative are made scape goats and
face all the war-of-words from customers and the senior folks stay cosy
and safe enjoying their salary paid out of over-charged subscription
fee of customers like me
- Come what may, they will never respond to any email even if the
customer is mad about their service and is looking out for support.
DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT SUBSCRIBING TO THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Cons:
Your phone bill goes high calling up customer service. Your mood gets
upset blasting them every day. Damn, I should have never subscribed to
it.
