These f have no respect for our hard earned money.On the 14th of FEB, I unfortunately placed an order with these assholes as I needed deos urgently.I had placed an order of 3 deos of 150ml each.Imagine my shock when I received the package to see 3 bottles of 100ml and out of it two were totally empty.I immediately called the so called "customer care" number on their website but it was either busy or not available..And if it rang, no one picked up.
I have now filed a complaint against them at grahak seva to see if they respond. But I am doubtful of getting my money back. Also, I am still trying.I would not advice anyone to buy anything from this pathetic website.
My order number was SMA0605481.
