I had ordered on 11th Jan 2012(Order#SMA0044775). It was assured to me that delivery would happen within 7-10 working days.
On calling the customer care on 25th Jan, I was assured that delivery was happening before Saturday(28th Jan 2012). I waited till 31st Jan 2012 and still no delivery. On calling the customer care on 31st Jan 2012, I was informed that there is an issue in delivery and it would happen soon though no assured delivery date was given.
Out of frustration, I asked for the order to be cancelled and I was informed that the amount would be remitted to my account in 15-20 working days!(I have my doubts on this too and I assume that I have lost my money)
This has by far been the worst online shopping experience that I have faced.
Rest assured, I shall never again use seventymm.com for any needs.
