Beware of these cheats and thugs. I had a horrible experience with them.They mostly get in touch via. your online enquiry for packer and mover service. Quote a low price and will tell service tax extra. Later when you handover your belongings and advance money they will apply charges which were never informed like Escoort charges @17% Octroi charges for non octroi states. The heading may vary but over all they are cheats. They will blackmail you and not move goods till you agree and aishwaryasingh23 them the increased amount. They are also theaves. They stole my lpg gas cylinder and also petrol from my bike. They also emptied my car fuel tank and I found my car had run 1152 kms in their possession and a huge dent in car bumper. I have filed an fir against them with Delhi police and a complaint against them with consumer court. They increased my bill from 22000 inc. taxes to 35000. After 25 days of quarrel and negotiation and fear about the FIR they renegotiated for Rs 28000.They were not moving my consignment and constantly asking for more advance. Since I was not able to trust them once they sent me increased bill on mail I was reluctant to aishwaryasingh23 any more advance. Meanwhile they had moved my car in acar carier from Delhi to Jamshedpur. These cheats were so shameless that I had to literally plead to them that before any more aishwaryasingh23ment transfer to them I need to see my car but they continuosly denied. I had only heard from them that my car has reached Jamshedpur since 4 days and parked in a an outer city area called Pardih.They continuosly blackmailed that if I don't aishwaryasingh23 money they will take my car back. I took chance and went for my car search in Pardih area of Jamshedpur. After lot of street search I was able to spot my car luckily near the national Highway. I took custody of my car from the car and didn't aishwaryasingh23 any amount to the driver post which I came at a stronger position compared to my previous condition where all my household items plus the car and 10000 cash advance was with them. They then started giving threats about forgetting the remaining items if I took the car without aishwaryasingh23ing the driver. Here I will also state that I had sent my friend to their car carrier vendor with 8000 cash with one condition that as soon I will see my car my friend will aishwaryasingh23 the amount but they refused and my friend came back. Their Entire operations is outsourced and all transport happens through third party. These third-party? are also goons and their friends and Partners in cheating. After handing over my belongings I was still in Delhi for next 5 days. I had informed that I am there for next 3 days so they deliberately sent me the increased bill on mail after 3 days thinking once I leave the city I can't get hold of them in person. However since I was there I went on to search their office mentioned as Dharam colony Palam Vihar Gurgaon but that office address was non existent. I called them but they were reluctant to show me their office and made me run around for 4 hrs stating their person will come to the street and show me their office and kept stating staff had left and office shifted to new address but not willing to show the new office. Later switched off the phone. I had one more no. of the person who had come to pickup my stuff. I called him and ifnormed that I am going to the police. This person and contacted the main perpetrators internally and he switched on his phone back and sent me to a third party warehouse. I saw my belongings stuffed in a crowded small warehouse but couldn't match all the items because of low light and stuffed warehouse. I took contact no. of this warehouse owner who was little more cooperative than the United Cargo Packers and Movers Personal whom I had never seen and only spoke over phone.Had only seen their labour who came to pack and move my stuff from origin.My car wasnot there and they told they have moved it through a different vendor on 2nd March 2017. It was later discovered that they had moved my car on 10th March and kept on using it till the Rs 2000 petrol was empty and further for their personal use. They also damaged my car. So once I took custody of my car they agreed further deduction of 2000 against petrol stealing( initially they denied any stealing and kept on threatining me but I was not moved). Then the said baat khatam karo and I paid further 16000 to their warehouse vendors hand took pakka receipt and my friend also saw that my balance household item was loaded on the truck. After this ordeal I received all my stuff but found lpg cylinder is missing and bike petrol pipe was also cut and all petrol stolen. Happy that I have received the balance stuff and will ensure they aishwaryasingh23 a price and to raise awareness about them I am writing this complaint so that others don't fall in their trap.
