Why Most of the People are reluctant to work in Call Centres?


Or Most of them who even though join go absconding, either after training or after they receive few payouts.


Their intention is to earn a certain amount, which can help them fulfill their desires.


For e.g - Purchasing a high end Smart Phone or a Super Bike.


Once the Amount is earned they just switch off their mobile phones, don, t even show the courtesy to inform their primary reportee.


We can see people working in Malls, doing all marketing Jobs and just earning mere salary. But they don't want to be called Call Center employee.


What do Call Centers provide -


Fixed Salary - which includes HRA, Conveyance allowance, Bonus, PF, ESIC, Gratuity.


Bus service from nearest railway stations of the respective branches.


TO and FRO private vehicles, if Night Duty applicable. 08 hours Log in and Overtime if exceeding duty hours.


Enough Breaks.


HR Assistance sports, Music competions, Picnics.


But still People do not want be addressed as "Call center" employee.


Then why do we address this field as " Call Center ".


This is a SERVICE INDUSTRY.


This should be respected the same way as we respect, IT Industry, Entertainment Industry Etc. Etc.


I strongly suggest - All BPO'S should come together and give this brief in newspapers.


This should be addressed as CUSTOMER CARE.


We have BIG Corporate Brands in this Industry - E.g - Wipro, Reliance, Hinduja, etc.


There are many new start-ups as BPO'S, but the work calls for solving and assisting high brand Customers.


If the employees dedication manages to help the Customers and get their appreciation, this may lead to high growth and incentives.


Moreover, strictly the employees should not be addressed as' AGENTS'.


What is mentioned in the offer letter ' Associates'' Officers'. The same should be addressed.


One more major Problem - Due to unavoidable circumstances, some sincere employees resign.


But then, they start facing attitudes of primary reportees and AM'S.


Even HR don;t entertain. There are very few who honestly helps these People.


Fast, accurate and almost immediate help ] HR ] should be given to each employee who resigns through proper channel.


This will help in rejoining process, whenever needed and also bring more new employees.
