I started my carrier journey world’s known popular BPO KPO company Serco
Two year ago I had gone to Chandigarh to begin my carrier and for experience because it is also considered as hub of industrial sector . Chandigarh, a beautiful city is called green city of India known all over the world for its aura in the field of music album, dance and its culture . So through some of my contact there I went for the job. Although I had to bear a lot there in searching for the job but I could know about many companies there their selection methods, requirements, places . This way I could know what preparation I need to do in my for a good job there . After visiting many companies could know how to face a BPO interview that were available in multiple languages from domestic to international calling . I could know many different types of BPO like a customer support for voice calling regarding sim issues and talk time, telecalling for business for websites or for technical support . I could learn a lot by facing face to face interviews with respectable company manager .
Although I was working in a automobile company in chandigarh that was different of my qualification and so I was keep watching for the job regarding my qualification profile then I heared about a name of BPO company Serco BPO Pvt Ltd. Chandigarh . I felt it would be difficult to join in different company there like BPO sector and will have need of a systematic preparation .
But on visiting first while I got selected for CSA(customer support associate) and I could know company ‘s background in detail . Company handled many process there . Its branches are setup in many Asian countries company is famous for its policy. This company was so true and real that it pay trainy a month salary regardless he pass certification test or not for the telecalling. Referal programs are also held for joining new member. The helpful guidance by their senior employees is commendable . They make environment easy from tense by offering many special activity for the day .
Company gives its employee all support system like ESI for medical treatment, bonus, special ID, HRA, DA, EPF etc .
Company hold cultural event party, seminar time to time for its public attention timely . There the good performer are awarded for their work in growth of the company .
If I have to tell something wrong regarding this company I would sure tell the salery they pay is very less compare to nowadays’ expenses for an individual .
