I had ordered a bouquet on 13th feb to b delivered on 14th feb.I waited the whole day for the bouquet.called 100 times the customer care no., it was always busy. chated with the customer service agents, they kept telling me till 8 pm that I will receive the bouquet. I couldn't order any where else n my day was spoiled.
From last 2 days I have been trying for refund but no response. When asked for refund their agents tell u that bouquet will b delivered the next day coz of heavy load. Had a horrible experience
Plz dont buy anything from this site.
