Introduction : Sehar means morning in urdu.When a new debuatante director plans to present an audience a 'new morning' or 'fresh start-up' with the not too fresh subject of Police-Underworld chemistry and without a very lucrative star-cast and without any popular music,publicity or glamour : Definitely the expectations are not too high in the air.Lets see how much of this 'Sehar' effort is successful.

Story : Sehar is a story of SSP played by Arshad Warsi posted in the city of Lucknow in the year 1997.The dirty U.P politics and its links with the underworld are growing at a faster pace.There is an atmosphere of voilence and in this culture,there is a MAN who has different definition of power - called 'Vartasv' - the complete power played by Sushant Singh.The story deeal with how police tackles with the underworld by introducing a new police organization STF which doesnot have to deal with the local police for their operations.STF uses a special system for tackling the then introduced technology CellPhone to reach their goals.

The ReviewThere is a totally different prespective and vision for the movie.The direction is different and definitely excellent.Many issues have been shown properly and in a very practical approach.The entire movie is very gripping and catches ur attention throughout.The love chemistry between Arshad and Mahema is also sweet.The realities of the Underworld and their political connections are shown in a realistic manner.Its definitelt different from RGV factory underworld.If RGV has an intelligent vision for Satya,Company and Sarkar , this guy definitely has something new and interesting to show you.The director has shown much above expectation direction in his debut.

ActorsArshad warsi is the heart of the movie.At times,it was debatable whether Arshad warsi can alone carry the movie on his shoulders.THere is an end to this after that flawless and amazing charm and acting by the hero.He is absolutely superb in the movie.Mahema has not much to do in the movie but is not bad.

Sushant Singh executed his part extremely well and it was tough to get a better youngster suiting the role than Sushant.Another acting maestro 'Pankaj Kapur' has lot to do in the movie and we need not say how perfect actor Pankaj is.He has done the great work.

FlawsIt will be wrong to say if I say there are flaws in the movie.At times in the movie,there are few scenes where it seems unpractical brave macho actions but we can digest them.Rest,movie is flawless.

Who will like thisIf you have liked movies like GangaJal and RGV underworld chemistry has fascinated you,this is not to be missed.This is an old story with a new look.
