Its one of the few pathetic companies on the earth that make their employees feel like sh**t. The management/owner uses threats as a tool to control the employees. The only skill that can get you promotions is boot licking and back biting your colleagues.
All the leads and mangers are best at this skill. No matter how hard you work for this company but when you try to leave this company the management makes sure that they make you repent working for them. Dont get fooled by just looking at the tall building and all that cafeterias. Although I worked as a developer there but I know that the worst department to work is SEO/Link Building.
