I have got free Seagate HDD Backup Plus Slim USB 3.0 2 TB with one laptop purchase as promotion by online shopping site before two month. I am using this HDD from two month and very happy with usage. I want discuss some good and bad aspects of this product.
Design and Look
This HDD is 4 inch long and slim. Looking very stylish with aluminum case. Backup Plus is more slim than competitive brands. You can even keep it in your pocket. This HDD have one USB 3.0 socket and its enough for charging as well data transfer.
Features
Main features of this HDD is backup software provided by the Seagate, its very useful for backup some important files. This HDD provide us facility of social sharing of files, like Facebook and Flicker.
Seagate Mobile Backup application provide us mobile backup facility is another attractive and useful facility of this gadget.
Seagate Backup Plus comes with 3 year long time limited warranty and we can use it without hassle.
Performance
This HDD have nice speed in transfer data because of USB 3.0 . I must say that I have used another brands HDD but any of them is not giving such speed for data transfer like Seagate Backup Plus.This HDD have about 95 MB/ Sec for write and 94 MB/Sec for read your data is awesome.
Problems
Price of the HDD is little high than other competitive brands same HDD and its not getting detected in window xp, but window xp is not issue because now its outdated and most of people are using window 7 or window 8.
Final Words
Seagate Backup Plus is awesome product by Seagate and I am very happy with usage of this HDD and recommending all people to buy this one and you will be not disappointed in usage.
