We have the 2 bay version that has been working for a couple years until we upgraded to Windows 10.
Even though this has a history of dropping connection(especially during media usage) it has served us well.
Since we upgraded to Win 10 the unit is no longer able to be found or connected to.I have worked with Tech Support(who has been most helpful) but the last resort is to reformat the unit.
We tried Win 10, the previous working Win 8.1 and did a reset to no avail.disappointed on the amount of time it is going to take to rebuild this
