I am just thrilled with what I got back from these guys. Over and above the grammar and spelling help, which I really need after staring at the thing for so long, the editor provided some thoughtful commentary which really helped me focus the dissertation. I had been struggling with it and my lit review was(I see now) all over the map. Not to mention he caught a flaw in my reasoning in methods which saved me some embarrassment with my supervisor. having that second set of eyes and a professional review has been absolutely invaluable. This was well worth it and I would recommend their work to anyone
