Last six month I got interested in finance sector news after listening fluctuations in world economics on bbchindi.com
just for hobby I decided to invest some amount in stock market
I did analysis and reviews of many DEMAT service providers. Read reviews on mouthshut.com and many other forums. I was surprised to see that icicidirect.com was rated very poor by customers. icicdirect.com is recommended by only 20 % , hdfcsec.com is recommended by 50 % and indiabulls.com is recommended by 38 % customers. And after read their reviews I didn’t wanted to go anyone of these.
While accessing my SBI saving account on onlinesbi.com I found two links for SBI DEMAT service, eztrade.co.in ( in collaboration with motilal oswal ) and sbicapsec.com (SBI’s own DEMAT). I decided to go for sbicap securities. I filled up online registration form and same day got a call. Lady gave me details of documents required. I visited SBI personal banking branch in Delhi and did formalities. My DEMAT got activated with in 2 weeks.
Normally I use firefox, so tried to login to sbicabsec.com using firefox. But I was not able to sell/bull stocks, sent an email customer care about this. Same day got call back from support she told me that this works only in IE as of now. And guided me for how to allocate funds, buy stocks, sell stocks, see reports. Portal is super fast and responsive. Initially you may feel its not very fancy but it works superb .
Initially you may not understand everything on portal. You can take help of support team. I am new to stock trading but customer care really helped me to understand things.
Overall I am happy with SBICAP securities service and support. I recommend SBICAP securities for DEMAT customers.
