State Bank of India( @ Ranchi)- Worse situation after Demonetisation and banking reforms
I have only one saving account in SBI at a branch in Ranchi(Jharkhand) and I have been using it from 6 years. I was satisfied with the working of SBI staffs and the services rendered were very quick earlier. I have been using net banking and ATM card of that SBI branch. For any work the documents required were not so huge earlier and the bank were performing easy.
But after this demonetisation and new banking reforms initiated by the central govt., things changed suddenly. New laws are now made like AADHAR has been made compulsory for any amendment in your Account. I am still facing the problem. I have to add my mobile number in my saving bank account but the banking officials are simply not doing this because I have no AADHAR Card right now. I have applied for correction in it.
My ATM card is lost and I have to add my mobile number in my saving bank account but banking officials are refusing to do it and saying about too much paper works and legal formalities. They are demanding my AADHAR photo copy+ KYC+ Pan card.
Making AADHAR compulsory is not a nice idea in banking. Again the SBI has a number of lazy staffs who never cares about one's timing. This is not Ok.
