I booked a cab online 5 days in advance and received SMS plus email confirmation.
The received confirmation messages assured me that the cab will be available at the desired time at Bangalore airport. They did mention that driver details will be shared 30 minutes before the booked time.
Flight landed before time and upon checking SMS there were no driver details shared so I called them. The support agent took my booking number and requested me to wait for 5 minutes while he checks and arranges for a call back.
After waiting for 10 minutes, I called them back. Same story again, took my booking number and said they will call back in 3 to 5 minutes. This time they did call only to say "sorry sir your booking has been cancelled because we don't have vehicles available".
I was frustrated but still maintained my cool and asked him why couldn't he inform earlier - his answer was that the concerned department will call me and explain.
Haven't received a call back from their "concerned department" and no news on refund of my advanced payment. I understand it's a startup and these blunders are bound to happen, but improve your attitude towards your customer else like most start ups this will be another failure!
