One item was ordered more than three weeks ago without verifying the credentials of the vendor. This vendor was selected because of google search of the desired product. Payment was done online as Cash on Delivery was not available, which I usually do when I use new vendor for online purchase first time. After few days, I wrote an email on customer support which bounced unreachable. That means one can't check by email the order status.
Then I checked online status by its website, which showed item yet to be shipped. What is this nonsense. If one can't ship the product which is shown on he website as available is not shipped even after more than three weeks. That tells me something is wrong with this online shop and the public need to be advised about the worst service of the vendor. This is my first and last experience with this kind of online fraudster(s).
Beware of https://satvikshop.com. Never had such experience from any online vendor. Even customer.support email is NOT reachable.
