I have been using Satinique shampoo for a few months now and I am happy with it. I use the dandruff control because of a few flakes. I have used this shampoo and I have been cured of the problem. I have used Head and Shoulders and I have had limited success. So, I found Satinique from a friend and have been using it ever since.
My flakes are gone and my hair is very soft. I normally have dry hair and it has gotten noticalby softer. It is said be Amway that Satinique is supposed to reduce dandruff by 56%. I am not sure on a percentage, but I rarely see flakes anymore. It contains Zinc Pyrithione which is the normal dandruff control active ingredient in many shampoos. It also has chamomile to soothe the scalp. I usually let the lather sit on my head for about five minutes. It does have a slight tingly sensation on the scalp. Thats how I know it is doing something.
It is a little more expensive than the Head and Shoulders. I think I paid around$9.00 for a 10 0z bottle. I think it is worth it. I use it about two to three times a week and it lasts about 2 months per bottle. I believe it is worth it to try it out because you may just get hooked like I did.
