The year 2016 seems to be a year of biopic films and here is another one is "Sarbjit".It was indeed a much-anticipated film depiciting one of the most powerful story of Sarbjit Singh.I was astonished that how the director Omung Kumar has treated this story. It was seems to be so painful that a Hindustani veer was locked up in Pakistan's jail for without any fault of his. This movie was based on real incident, the pain that Sarbjit and his family actually gone through the deal. Sarbjit, who is an Indian farmer crossed the border by mistake, and could not returned to his motherland untill his death, he was died at the age of 49 years after he was beaten by his fellow jail in mates.

This movie start with a shot of Bhikhiwind( located at Indo-Pak border in Punjab) in 1990. Dalbir( Aishwarya Rai), Sarbjit( Randeep Hooda) and Sukhpreet( Richa Chadda) was the main caste of this movie . Dalbir who was daftly searching for her missing brother Sarabjit in the fields, after 9 months Dalbir gets a letter from Pakistan in which Sarbjit expressed that how he crossed the border in a state of druken  that ill fatefull night, whem he was in the field . This movie also shown the beautiful bond of an brother- sister. overall this movie was too emotional and I want to salute that veer who had been locked up in a jail for 23 years and finally he died one day .
