Me and my dad have joint account in Saraswat Bank I visit many of times with my dad there and each time it takes more than hours to do our work.
So basically the staff is so rude and take too much time.
Phone banking and ATM services are okay.Internet banking is not so good.Customer service is very poor.Therefore I opened my personal account in another bank.
