I use to visit saras parlour on regular basis to hang out with my friends and to spent quality time with my parents.But now the place doesn't remains the same and attractive as it was earlier in context of quality and crowd. few days back I visited saras parlour with my friends but I found place quite cozy and also what I found that the quality of the ice cream gets degraded as compared to before. even the toilets are not clean and are unhygienic. water facilities are not that much up to date and also the food that people found good is not there any more as the food stalls has been shifted to other saras parlour which is located in c-scheme. due to the crowd at the saras parlour mainly in the evening there is always the traffic jam and people as well as the hospital, patients, their relatives face inconvenience due to traffic consignment. even ambulance many a times face problem in reaching the hospital on time and ultimately the patient suffers.
the place is also not safe for the vehicles even in the presence of the security guards of the saras parlour. recently my brother went to the saras parlour and he parked his bike in the parking of the saras parlour and went to have softy and it takes hardly 5-10 minutes to have his ice cream and when he came back he saw that his bike was not at the place where he parked and on inquiring about his bike to security guard he behaved in unofficial and rude manner and told him that its his default of parking bike there and he is not responsible for that.
and when my brother contact the manager of saras parlour he answered that its not his responsibility and when he asked about CCTV footage they answered in very unofficial manner that they are not working properly and we had already done complain about the replacement of CCTV cameras but no action is taken yet.this shows they are not concerned about safety and security of customers as well as there valuable vehicles and life. this shows they are not technology adapters and not at all cooperative with the customers.
as this thing happens with my brother I don't want that this thing happens again with any one else further so park your vehicles at proper place and at your own risk because the management and security concerned people are not at all responsible for your assets and also I would like to request that don't park your vehicle at the middle of the road as the patients of hospital face problems and other people also faces inconvenience.
