We had been evaluating boarding schools for our 13 year old son for nearly 12 to 18 months.
Naturally all parties were involved: wife (who was initially opposed or atleast not supportive of the whole idea), son (who was neutral) and self.
Sarala Birla was the only school were we felt completely comfortable about:
-Son's safety and well being -Academics/Admin: We were amazed with the professionalism, friendliness, discipline (firm without being strict for the sake of it) of the School. -Indian ethos: The school emphasized that they want to build global managers who are product to be Indian. So there is some emphasis on Indian values. While we are globally well traveled, we liked this. -Sports: Again world class
Son loves the school and everyone including wife are extremely happy with the decision.
