I had ordered for a couple of books from sapna online which is a leading book seller. To my surprise, the books did not reach me even after 20 days which were promised to be delivered within 5-6 working days.
The people kept on telling they need to dispatch yet, which never happened. The useless fellows take their own sweet time to dispatch and does not understand the sense of urgency, nor keep customers updated. Only while ordering, everything shows up online, but actually many books does not exist.
I ordered it for the first time, and it will be the last time. Don't venture trying online option. It is pathetic. Customer care is like don't care. asking for excuses. Pathetic. I would have given -1 star but it is not there. They dont have any refund policy or exchange policy even if we receive crap and sh
