Last month I have visited Sapna Book House, It's really amazing that they have great collection of Books. Even if you need some support for finding a book, desk people are there to help you. Customer services are pretty much good, but can be improved more. The availability of books is nice almost all category books are available, however if you want Pharmacy, Medical, Agricultural & Veterinary Sciences book kindly check the availability of books on their website before visiting the shop. If you are MBA or Engineering, than its "The Perfect Place". They have great collection of Novels, Personality Development Books(Even DVDS), Kids Books etc. I liked Kids Section its nice, you can buy wide varieties of books for all segments. The almost all stationary items are available, but are quite costly. You can buy some toys also, however I will recommend to buy it from exclusively Toy Store, as toy prices are too much higher side. Anyway, its the perfect place for book shopping, my overall experience is nice, so if you want to buy a book, think about Sapna Book House. And more important, you can also apply for "Membership Card" which will save your lots of money for every shopping.
