It is the original movie that was later copied and made into a remake by bollywood titled as "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na"
Aamir Khan has copied the script and story of this film from Santosh Subramaniam and he cast his nephew, Mr. Imran Khan in his 1st commercially successful film.
The music of this movie is great, its composed by A.R. Rehman, the director of photography is Mr. Santosh Sivan.
