Lubricate gel not a hand wash. Review on Santoor Hand Wash

Dear friend today I am going to tell you about the horrible and ashamed experience by me. Few month back that was on september last year I had told our company quatermaster to buy some bathroom essential commodity . for the quest room mean for high authority vistor in out post so he brought this santoor handwash which is a product of wipro . as it apearance it look good while as on the first month after opening it is good and the aroma and smell good but as I said it is meant for high authority visiting the boder post . But afer few month that is on january this our commanding officer had visited again so all of the nesecary item were kept in the bath room . But the next day while briefing us in darbar he told about it so as a incharge I check it out and to my surprise the hand wash was cannot be pump out from the container so I open it and empty the bottle and show that all the liquid shop look like a gel or lubricant gel like grease or jelly. so I do not recommend other to buy it while as the price is afordable.
