I found this product very attractive with all the function in it as described.
The only reason to give 3 star is the outdoor unit contains aluminium part not the cooper one, so if your use is 3 to 4 hours a day then it is the best but if have a full day load then go for a 3 star variant AC, it has a copper part.
Except this no other reason. The service is also not so good given by the service man came after 2 days and done a bad work, not so proper installation and fitting. guys dont go for this. overall bad experience with sansui.
