I'm frustrated with the overall experience with Sangeetha Mobile and how they handled the exchange device.
I would specifically want to call out the Sangeetha Bank Colony Store in Bangalore for their poor service and support offered to me.
I purchased the OnePlus 12 Pro from your online(ORDER ID: 738629) store around 11:30 AM on Sunday. Your online store clearly stated that your devices would be delivered within 2 hrs. timeframe. I paid the INR ₹35579.00(exchange discount around 34K applied) and was expecting it to be delivered by 6PM.
While I waited for more than 3 hrs., I called up to understand when I can expect, your customer support stated that the delivery is yet to be assigned and will receive a call back. I got a call from Sangeetha bank Colony store manager around 5:10 PM and he promised to deliver within 2 hrs. time. I waited still and cancelled some of the engagements lined up. Post 8:00 pm, the store guy says he will deliver next day within 11 AM. It was a loss of full day. I told the guy I need it before my meetings anyhow.
Two men come to my home around 12:23pm and they said they were stuck in Lal Bagh hence could not come before 11 AM. I still remained patient. They ran diagnostics on my exchange device while I was on office calls. I tried to be patient and composed in my behavior while I was all home alone. What troubled me more was when they said that my invoice is fake, I was frustrated. I showed them what was given to me by Flipkart. They reduced the asking price(discount value) from 30K to 28.2K. Later they made few phone calls and the exchange value dropped to 21K while on their phone screen it showed 28.2K. I was appalled by this and felt deeply cheated by Sangeetha Mobile. I was asked to pay INR 12, 420, when I said this is ridiculous. They gave me a look and said I should have applied to their voucher and should have purchased it from their store rather than online. They gave me a strange look and I agreed to pay as I was all by myself and I wanted to get rid of them as I felt very uncomfortable and threatened.
I'm never buying any device from Sangeetha Mobile from hereon. Im frustrated.
