Our goods shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore in their vehicle. Packing & loading done by Perfect Packers & Movers & Sangam was the carrier. From starting point they were simply lying to us.
1.Driver said goods will be transferred within 2 & 1/2 days.It actually took 4 & 1/2 days.That too after long followup.
- They took all the money before even sending the carrier at destination point.They said no unloading will take place without whole money being paid.So we didn't have any option but to pay'Mumbai person said"It will be done in a d.
3.After unloading they were reluctant to unpack things.After lot of persuasion did some minor unpacking & went off promising that carpenter of the co will come to fix up everything the next day.
4.Next day when called up said carpenter didnt come so they cant send anybody for unpacking.I hv to call separate person for fixing up.
5.Wen contacted to person concerned said " u contact Mumbai person .We r not responsible for it."Mumbai person said"It will be done in a day or two"
IS there any forum where I can complain against them & get some mental satisfaction.
