Guys please read this review fully for your better concept regarding this website.
I have ordered one formal shoe ( black) . So this is my experience after it is delivered to me.
Customer service is very bad. They don not respond properly. Whenever I asked them a question. The takes weeks and weeks to reply. But after replying also. The problem will not going to solve. Really bad.
Guys the product quality is bad. My formal shoe which I have ordered came to me. And the stitching of the shoe is very poor and the quality is totally bad. Therefore I would say tge product quality is bad.
Delivery timeless ness- guys sanswap.com takes lots of days to deliver your product. When I ordered my formal show they me that I will be delivered to me within 18-20 days but it cames to me 28 days. So they are inactive.
The app and website is really bad. It is too slow. Giving Bad performance.
It is not reliability.
