My mother is suffering from Arthirities, so for her I ordered Sandhi Sudha Plus Oil online through https://sandhisudhaplus.com
Actually while talking to their customer care executive over phone, I'd been told that for any kind of joint pain it is a oil, which provide 100% relief instantly. Further added I've been told that even after 20day days of usage, if I don't like it, I can return back the same to them & 100% refund will be provided immediately.
Also I've been told that Actor Like Govinda & Jacky Shorff will not advertise for any ineffective product. Based on their given assurance & reasoning, I developed the faith on the product & I ordered for the same on 30.09.12 by depositing Rs.3250/- on their given bank account no.
On 5th October, I got the oil though Gati courier. Inside the packet their was 3-bottle of oil with Cash Memo, which was of Tele Shopping Product, Mumbai having SNo.-1008 dtd 01.10.12
My mother opened up one bottle & started applying the same to her knee where she has acute pain, but even after passing of one week there was no relief in her knee joint pain. So I called them up at a cell no. appear on their website to lodge a compliant but I've been told that this customer care no. is only for order booking, for complaint I've been given another no. 9229100158. But when I called up at that no. I found there is hardly any response, out of my 7-8 attempt only once my call had been responded.
When my no. responded once, I spoke to them & asked them to refund my paid amount Rs.3250/- for which they asked me to send back the oil to their Indore factory and assured after receipt of oil, they will arrange refund.
Based on their given input & address I sent back the oil (all 3 bottle) through courier (this amount I only paid ) to Telemart, Indore adress on 15.10.12, which got delivered on 17.10.12 to them.
Infact after that I sent them mail on given mail ID with all this detail to show that oil has been returned back. But after that there is no reply from them & till now I'm waiting for my due amount. But neither they are responding to my mail nor they pick up my call......
Now can anybody help me to get back my due amount from such cheat company.
