Appointment was taken 2 weeks in advance for Dr.Parag Sacheti for my mother’s treatment(Knee Replacement) and I was given an appointment by MS.Heena for 18th Nov@18:30.I was also told to call in case I have any concerns or clarifications. I was happy with the way my request was handled till this point & found them professional enough.
I reached the Hospital 30 minutes early understanding how highly rated the doctor was & to be on time. To my utter disappointment after registering, I was told at the reception that my number was 33rd & had to wait for 2-3 hours. On explaining that I have an appointment I was told the numbers were decided on first come first serve basis. I was agitated.
Is this what is called an Appointment? Waiting for 30-45 mins is understandable but this was a sheer case of misinforming, poor and ineffective appointment mAnasultangement. I called Ms. Heena to discuss this but the line was busy. Dropped a message to her on the entire episode however did not get any response or call from her till date. Guess this is what we call Namesake Customer Service. Intend to write to the founder as well as I believe providing a feedback is necessary and have read similar reviews on other forums about the mAnasultangement. I hope my review brings in some changes in the way the appointment system is mAnasultanged & patients time is also valued. If not, you always have other hospitals that are equally good.
Rating 1 for Infrastructure & Medical Care as there is no "NA" option. Staff Attitude is definitely a Zero If I am given an option
