I called them 3 times to confirm that the "hand surgeon" is in hospital and its his OPD day, admin staff confirmed "YES" and asked to come without any appointment. The worst administration I have ever seen.
- No appointment structure for some senior doctors.
2. They dont care whether a doctor will be in OPD for patients or not, but call attendants will ask you to come directly without appointment.
- After all of the above they charge like they are the only doctors left on earth. (waste on name of doctors)
