The San Storm is one of the cheapest drop-top convertible cars that you can buy in India. It doesn’t have the power or brand value of convertibles coming from the German carmakers, but at the price it is available at, the San Storm promises a lot of excitement to its owner. SAN Motors Storm Convertible is a discontinued convertible coupe car which was introduced in 1998 and later discontinued. The car was launched in view of capturing a premium market in the sports buyers segment. SAN Motors Storm Convertible was powered by a 1149cc engine which generates a maximum power of 58 bhp @ 5250 rpm and gives out a maximum torque of 90 Nm @ 4000 rpm. It goes to a top speed of 141 kmph and had a highway mileage of approx 13-15 kmpl. The 5 seater car had a fuel tank capacity of 35 litres. The old generation car is obsolete in the market as of value.
