Typical days at work can be very demanding, but when the day is complete, it can be quite rewarding if a significant amount of the tasks were able to be complete and working by end-of-shift.
Shift-work consists of a minimum of 8 hour days with it extending as far as 10 hours.
Mandatory overtime to meet deadlines and customer demands is enforced.
By far, the hardest part of working here is the work-life balance.!*
