I BOUGHT Samsung double door refrigerator from Vijay sales Lajpat Nagar New delhi. It was deliver by showroom and was inspected and started by company technician. It started giving problem from first month as it was in guarantee period it was being checked with different technicians but all problem were solved for temporary periods, means after a week or ten same problem will reappear one problem is of water leakage which is still going on and due to water leakage we sometimes slip on floor
In the mean time we sent mail to company center to replace the unit which is still pending with them. Today their technician again visited and said this is common problem with all our double door refrigerators and this will remain and cant be rectified We are very surprised n feel like cheated
Company officials have very simple answer, every time that they will send senior person to solve but when it will be solved their is no time limit
