Positives:
Large screen with large fonts
long battery life.(30% remaining after 60 hours of use including wifi from last 15 hours)
OS is Tizen. It works smooth and silky.
Loved double tap home button to open camera feature.
Camera is very good.
Display is stunning! 720p sAMOLED.

Less apps. This will be a very big problem if you are Android fan. Although some essential apps are covered.
Camera takes time to focus with "Automatic flash" on.
YouTube freezes at times with no reason.
