Dear Customers of Home Appliances
Over a period of time we are all dependent on various home appliances like Mixer Grinders, T.V’s, Blender’s, Microwaves, Refrigerators, Washing Machines & so on. We purchase these equipment with the expectations that they will give us long flawless service.
We all are aware that there are ‘N’ number of players in the markets promoting their products with attractive schemes etc. Companies like Videocon, Samsung, Sony, LG, IFB, etc. are the major players in the markets.
Almost all are promoting their products trapping the customers with attractive discounts, warranty etc.
Similarly we too had purchased a SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE somewhere 5 yrs back. In June 2020 machine started giving some unusual sound during spinning & rinsing mode. We registered a complaint with the customer care & a check up was arranged by taking the machine to the service center. It was assured to us that we will be informed the estimate of the repairs before carrying out the actual repairs. But for a surprise in a few days we received a call from the service center manager that our machine is ready & will be delivered & payment of Rs.6091/- to be paid. The S.S. Drum & Damper was replaced. From then the machine was working fine.
But now in May 2022 the machine again started giving the same sound what it was giving before. We realized that again the same parts will have to be changed spending again 6000/- or may be more. On contacting the service center we came to know that there is just 3 months warranty for not only the drum but any part replaced. That means the warranty which is mentioned at the time of selling the machine is all FAKE and only a gimmick to attract the customers. The equipments are fitted with SUBSTANDARD QUALITY parts.
I sincerely request all the customers to REFRAIN yourselves from buying SAMSUNG PRODUCTS and avoid landing up in spending recurrently for repairs or get cheated during the process.
