I bought the latest front load sSamsung washing machine in 2019. I started having spin issues. The technician who visited told me the bracket and drum needs to be changed and will cost Rs. 14000/-, approximately half the cost of a new machine. On further priding he revealed that the weight and quality of drum and its bracket has been reduced just to last 4-5 years. This was again reaffirmed by their his team leader Umar from Hyderabad service centre. He went to add that I should be grateful the machine lasted for 4 years and 3 months.
I would never recommend anyone to purchase a Samsung washing machine.
